Our gatherings are attunement circles* in collaboration with Dr. Paul Hubbert’s Holographic Sound. We gather before sound healing to activate the wisdom of Cacao and receive the gifts of the Autumn season and the Full Moon.

Join us for an evening of community as we journey through reflective pause awakening to the gift of Cacao. 

This intimate gathering is guided by the healing wisdom of Mother Cacao. Together, we will create a sacred space to weave Spirit into Community. Each month we gather we will sink our roots into the  nourishing wisdom of a chosen teaching. On months when we accompany the New or Full Moon, we will honor the creative essence within.

You are invited to bring with you:

• a cacao mug of your choice (compostable cups will be available if you do not have a mug to bring)
• yoga mat or blanket / meditation cushion or pillow
• journal & writing tool
• an offering for our Nature Altar as a gift of gratitude for Cacao

*An attunement circle differs from a sacred circle in that an attunement circle is intended to prepare you or “attune” you to receive the gift following our gathering. A sacred circle involves a teaching that inspires introspection and deep reflection. Sacred circles integrate eco-spiritual embodiment practices and invite awareness of felt-sense guided by the elements. Sacred Circles are paused through Summer and will return in September.
