Our Austin Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditation group is a loving and supporting group.  We have been working with Dr. Joe Dispenza mediations to free ourselves of limiting beliefs, become more present to our divine gifts, connect with our heart, and even manifest new adventures much more into our life. If you are brand new to Dr. Joe's work, we recommend searching on YouTube and watching one of his many videos to get a sense of him and his work.  

If you'd like to join us, we recommend getting a sleeping eye mask so that you can shut out light and go deeper in the meditation. Lastly, if you join us online, you will have a much better sound experience if you use headphones. We look forward to you joining us for our following meditation.
